Recensioni HOTEL FIGARO

review rating 5  Good place to relax

    thumb Roger Camilleri

review rating 3  The staff is very nice and outgoing, and the place is clean. Beyond that, there are mostly downsides. The walls are very thin - it gets noisy at times (even in November, which I assume is past the peak occupancy rate). You can hear casual conversations, so may Lord help you if you end up next door to some party lovers. The elevator is noisy too, if you're on the 5th floor. Breakfasts are so-so, as there's no diversity whatsoever, same stuff day in day out, also no vegetables at all. There are no fridges, nor minibars in rooms. Surprising as it may be, we still generally enjoyed the time spent there, but most of the credit for that goes to the helpful and nice staff. The hotel is close to the sea, ensuring nice views from some of the rooms, at least if you end up on one of the top floors.
